Good Monday Morning to you! We had a nice relaxing slow weekend here. The G-Parents went back home on Saturday and my boys went to visit Grandpa and his new chickens. That means mommy had a WHOLE day to HERSELF!! :) LOL Now in my mind I had ALL these things I really wanted to do but in REALITY they did not happen. I did make it to the library and grab some books for school this week and a couple of cookbooks for me. Yesterday we washed the cars and had some nice outdoor time. It was a beautiful day.
Today we start back to school while our public schools are out for spring break. ;) We have some great things lined up for this week ( well I do. He doesn't know about them yet). I am considering Charlotte Mason type homeschooling for the rest of the year/next year. While I think I have the curriculum figured out I love the relaxed style, literature filled books that surround this type of homeschool. So we may still be slightly eclectic leaning more towards Charlotte Mason before it's over with :)
I do have a question I am pondering and would love some great bloggy friend advice... I am working on several jewelry pieces and my hubby(family) thinks I should start selling them. Honestly, I would LOVE to because I really enjoy it and love seeing the smiles on people's faces when they see them. So I am trying to figure out... Do I start an Etsy shop or not? I considered an Etsy, a blog like this one to sell them on and other things but I don't know for sure. I know that to start with this would be free to advertise but Etsy and Ebay would get more coverage. So... do you have a shop or would you if you could? What are your experiences with it as well? I am considering hair bows, jewelry maybe even beaded bags. Not sure yet but these are all ideas in my head right now... I also think craft shows and maybe trunk shows around town would be nice. I am just trying to get ideas and see what works. Got any suggestions?
I hope you have a wonderful week ahead of you and a beautiful Monday in your neck of the woods!! Talk with you soon!!
