2. Use your coupons- By saving money on other items and getting them for next to nothing you can spend that extra money on your fresh veggies and fruits. 3. Stop buying processed foods- This can not only save in your pocketbook but also your waistline. Be conscious of what you buy and what you are feeding your family. You might be surprised to know some of the ingredients in your favorite foods. Take time to read the labels.
