Speekee Spanish For Kids Review and Giveaway!

Recently we got to review a new online Spanish program for kids. This is a virtual world for your children to learn Spanish from Spanish speaking children. They are clear speaking and easy to understand. Basically your children learn from their peers and Speekee ,the friendly puppet who helps.

You can get a basic account for free that has limited access to the teaching videos and the playground, zoo or other areas in town. For a paid subscription, you get access to all the videos that teach your children the language.

How it works:
Basically your child signs in to their account after you set it up and starts visiting the map and places of your choice. You can click the icons up in the right hand corner to get missions, visit other areas and go back to your home page. Click on the bell to do the missions and earn rewards at your home.

The purple arrows you see are videos that you can click on. They are short snippets and include stories and action while your children are immersed in the Spanish language. Pictures and words also are on the screen to help you understand as you go along. The videos are almost 15 minutes in length to keep your child' attention. There are star icons along the way which represent challenges. You can answer those challenges/quizzes to get farther along. Your child's progress is recorded and sent to you via email.

My son said he enjoyed working with the videos and after his lesson he would come repeat what he learned.

There are other options we have not used yet such as the talking with friends option and the emailing friends. Your child can use the chat feature to speak Spanish with other children that are online at the same time. This gives them practice using what they have learned.

We are still working with this product and learning more everyday. I recommend you check it out and see for yourself if you are looking for a way to add a second language.

It does take some getting used to when you're working with it. Once I sat down with my son and figured out what to do, it was easy. There are options for children under 7 and over 7. There's a Fast Track button on the bottom that assists you with getting your younger children started and learning.

So now for a giveaway! I get to share a subscription with you, my readers!! Simply enter below and share with your friends to check out this amazing program!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers. a Rafflecopter giveaway
